The Mattress Return / Refund request will not be acceptable in case of physical damage such as stains on fabric, liquid spillage, dirt on the product and damage of Original Packaging.

The Return Mattress will only be acceptable in its original packing with all packing accessories.

The Mattress Return / Refund request will not be acceptable in case if the product is used  on uneven surface .

The Mattress Return/ Refund request will not be acceptable for odd sizes or wrong size ordered. it is always advised to cross check the sizes with our team before placing the order.

The Return policy have limitation to one return per household per year.

Steps to avail 100 nights trail

Step-1  On deciding to return the mattress, mail us at email id cocofoamindia@gmail.com Mentioning order Id and current Picture /condition of the mattress.

Step-2  On Receipt of the mail, we will start the process of picking up of the Mattress within 3-4 days of your return request.

Step-3   On receiving the mattress as per the terms & conditions mention above we will process your 100% refund within 7-8 working days.
