Return and Replacement Policy:

Thank you for choosing COCOFOAM MATTRESSES for your bedding needs. We understand the importance of a good night’s sleep and strive to provide you with high-quality products and exceptional service. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns:

We do not accept returns for mattresses, pillows, or any other bedding items once they have been delivered and/or used. This policy is in place to ensure the hygiene and quality of our products for all our customers. However, if you believe your product is defective or damaged upon delivery, please contact our customer service team immediately for assistance.

Replacement:

As we do not accept returns, replacement will only be issued in cases where the product is proven to be defective or damaged upon delivery (Replacement is only available for mattresses). Complaint will be processed within 2 days of confirmation of the issue and replacement will be done within 7-10 days. We may request photos of the item to assess the issue. Please make sure to record a video while unboxing the product. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Cancellation:

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been processed for shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately with your order details.

Exclusions:

For hygiene reasons, certain bedding items such as mattress protectors, sheets, and pillowcases cannot be returned once they have been opened or used unless they are found to be defective upon arrival.

Defective or Damaged Items:

In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement.
